Customized Coaching Services
It’s hard to know how and where to begin to effectively manage your stress. Everywhere you turn, you’re inundated with conflicting information about the sources of stress and types of stress relief. How do you know which stress relief techniques will work best for you? 

I’ve had 30 years of clinical experience working with people in stressful situations, along with my extensive work in the medical community and my research and training. As a result, I have developed practical and life-based tools to relieve mind-body-spirit connection. I customize these tools for my clients, based on their particular needs.

How We Work Together
We start with an initial assessment of your personal life stressors. Taking your personality and personal situation into account, I determine what exercises and tools are best suited to you. We create a plan together, then I help keep you on track and focused on your stress relief techniques. Having an objective professional on your side is the key to your success at incorporating the techniques into your daily life.  

How Coaching Works
Coaching typically starts with two sessions:

  1. Our initial 45-minute consultation and my initial stress assessment which includes an interview and completeion of 2 initial assessment tools.
  2. One 45-minute follow-up and planning session.

When continued coaching sessions are desired they are scheduled in two session sets per month.  Ongoing coaching sessions can be scheduled as needed.

Coaching sessions take place on the phone, which means I can work with clients anywhere in the country. And you can be comfortable in your home or office as we work together.
